Today’s Scottish Walk parade drew thousands of spectators and parade participants to Old Town Alexandria to welcome the holiday season with pipe and drum corps, bagpipers, local polititians and lots of dog breed groups.
It was chilly, but two- and four-legged marchers bundled up.
Santa-inspired gear was also popular.
Even Santa’s elves took a break from toy-making to entertain the crowds!
I’m not sure if this guy is a vertically-challenged Irish Wolfhound, or a relative of “Thing” from the Adam’s family…
